With a 34-year career, Jason has toured Canada and the USA, performing with bands like Judas Priest, RATT, and Skid Row. His journey began in Manitoba, where he mastered multiple instruments, and gained prominence with the Canadian group Wreckage in the early 1990s, playing alongside acts like Helix and April Wine.
In the 1990s, Jason’s band Chemikill gained recognition with a successful demo EP, contributing to the rise of other Canadian artists. He later formed Sound Rage, touring the USA with notable bands such as Poison and Night Ranger. Jason then embarked on a solo career, releasing several records, including “Martyr of Misery” and the instrumental “A Bitter Angst.”
His cover of The Cars’ “Drive” garnered nearly 10,000 views in its first 30 days and led to appearances in five films and two CBC documentaries. Jason also became a radio announcer in Winnipeg, hosting popular shows and co-hosting a wrestling podcast with WWE’s Damien Demento. He hosted three global marketing and business podcasts and published his first book, “Pretty Train Wreck,” in 2018, with a follow-up novel expected in 2023.
Jason’s expertise extends beyond music and literature. He has appeared on national television and delivered keynote speeches to large audiences across North America.
Now part of Metal Central Records, Metal Central TV, and DJ Central TV, Jason Bekiaris is set to bring his extensive experience and creative vision to these platforms. We look forward to the exciting opportunities ahead as we collaborate with Jason.
